Hospitals all over are facing severe staff shortages. Staff are leaving, simply because they are burnt out or because they have decided to retire early. Whatever the reason, hospitals are feeling the impact, and patient care is being compromised. To help alleviate this issue, temporary staffing agencies have risen to the occasion. Miracle Healthcare Staffing has recruited some of its the most competent, qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs). Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Dietary Aides and Housekeeping Aides.
